After years of chronic dieting and restricting calories, I realized I was burnt out. I was tired of trying to choose between nachos and abs.
But I realized I didn’t have to. And you don’t either.
My name is Lynette Hoyle, and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer. My passion is helping people find sustainable fitness and nutrition plans for their day to day life.
My coaching philosophy is one that utilizes a flexible nutrition approach to help you create realistic, sustainable changes to your diet so that you can lose weight… and keep it off.
I don’t have a weight loss shake, a wrap, or a magic pill. Those are the short-term fixes that perpetrate the nonstop dieting cycle. And I’m here to end that cycle for good.
Lynette was a very informative, knowledgeable, and genuine fitness coach. She helped me reach my goals while giving me great advice and encouragement the entire way. She was quick to respond to all emails exchanged between us, and made my fitness journey more enjoyable than when I had worked with a different coach prior. I have future plans to work with her again, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
I have worked with Lynette over various periods of my ever changing life. I worked with her before I had my first baby, continued once I got pregnant and again I restarted working with Lynette again after I had baby. Through those life changes, Lynette tailored a plan each time to exactly what I needed. The reason I always choose to work with Lynette over other coaches is she is client centred, she is so down to earth and she truly gets to know her clients- which is huge. She always works with you to build the plan for you. She never sends a generic plan which I love knowing that my plan is for me and my goals. The other fantastic thing about working with Lynette is even though she is an online coach, she makes herself very available to her clients. You are easily able to get ahold of her through texts or emails. Which is important to me when working with a coach. She is honestly so knowledgable, in tune with her clients and caring about them that I highly recommend her.
I’m working with Lynette for the second time now and I have to say, her commitment to her clients is unparalleled. I made progress the first time around with Lynette (and I’m making good progress now too!), but most importantly I gained a balanced healthy lifestyle. She’s never one to put you down or make you feel bad if you mess up. She’s encouraging, motivating, and always available, which is important! I know I can always text her if I have a question or need help. I can’t wait to see where the rest of my journey with her goes! When I first started to debate tracking macros I did not think I would be able to follow something more structured. I never tracked or had followed a workout split made for me. After watching her YouTube videos and following her on Instagram I realized that what you see through that, is what you get as a coach. Shes truly dedicated to her clients, if you have a question, you will have an answer quick. Her knowledge about fitness and health and her willingness to share that knowledge was humbling. Working with Lynette made macros and following a workout plan easy. She was constantly supporting me, my number one fan when new goals were reached and always willing to do whatever she could to help keep me on track. Having weekly check-in’s and being able to connect with my her on that level, was what pushed me to keep going and push harder for my goals. She has set me up for a healthy lifestyle, pushed me weekly through emails and has helped me see myself in a whole new light.
Where to even begin? It’s so cliché but Lynette has given me so much more than just a workout plan with macros – I’ve transformed mentally & even spiritually too. I first came to Lynette a couple years ago to prep for a photo shoot & was absolutely blown away with my results. Once the holidays came, I decided to take a break & when I came back, figured I’d try out a different coach. Wow. The difference. I tried to ride out the other coach for about 6 months before I reached back out to Lynette who was there with open arms ready to take me back.
First off, Lynette listens to what your personal goals are rather than a one size fits all plan. Secondly, she’s one of the most genuine online coaches out there. With every check in, she truly puts time into responding & treating you as a person on the other end rather than just another client. It doesn’t matter the form of communication – emails, texting, insta, snapchat – she’s prompt & cares about every single person she takes on. From a mental perspective, she’s thrown the guesswork of adjusting my macros & training split completely out the window & I sincerely trust her guidance. She’s not afraid to make the changes needed to get you where you want to be so long as you stick to your plan. Lastly, I sought out my own personal spiritual growth mid program this time around. It was joyful having someone to look up to in their journey with Christ. She’s inspired me to pick up my bible a little more & place my faith in the man above.
She’s the real deal y’all. She’s said it herself but Lynette coaches because she wants to help people, not become a famous sponsored athlete and in my opinion, that’s a God-send in this industry.
If you’re thinking about purchasing a plan from Lynette, do it. I am a broke college student who will not spend money on anything that isn’t truly going to add value to my life, and I can easily say that working with Lynette has been 100 percent worth the investment. I’ve purchased two 12-week plans from her, about a year apart in time, and I’ve been extremely happy with my results from both rounds. Lynette is an amazing coach who gives you ALL of her attention. I worked with one other online coach prior to Lynette who took days to respond to check in emails and text messages. Lynette would never do this to me! She puts her clients first, and it’s evident. She is not a crazy all-or-nothing fitness influencer who expects you to be “perfect” on your fitness journey. She is here to make bettering yourself through health and fitness an enjoyable experience. She’s incredibly understanding and supportive when you succeed, and also when you have setbacks. I am appreciate of her goal to help me reach my goals in the most sustainable way possible. I can confidently say that as long as Lynette continues to offer coaching services, I will never work with anyone else!
I am currently starting my 7th week with Lynette. She is smart, kind, relatable, and dedicated to her clients. Working with Lynette as my Coach has been a game changer for me. I came to Lynette about 3 1/2 months ago after following her on Instagram for several months. I’ve always been an athlete and played two sports in college so working out has already been a passion of mine, but I could never figure out how to build the body I desired. In the past, I’ve done a lot of fitness challenges and worked with a couple other trainers trying to reach my ultimate goal of losing fat and becoming leaner, but it never worked long term. I always rebounded and went right back to my original weight and size. I’ve always had a fear of food and always hated what I saw in the mirror every morning. Watching the way Lynette was so real, so faith based, and so filled with joy, I took the leap to have her as my trainer. I kinda figured it’d be worthless because nothing in the past had worked consistently over time, but after the first few weeks of working with her, I knew she was an answer to prayer for me. Not only has she helped me lose 10+ pounds, she’s helped me gain a better relationship with food and has encouraged me tremendously in my daily life (spiritually, emotionally, mentally, AND physically).
She dedicated her time to find something that has worked LONG TERM for me. She celebrates with me. She’s a friend to me. She’s a mentor for me. She’s dependable and FUN to work with. I can send her videos and pictures throughout the week and she always responds and knows what to say to get me through a hard day or a weekend off track. I’ve learned to live again and she’s taught me how to balance life with family and how to enjoy eating food rather than being fearful of it. I’ve even “back tracked” a handful of times and gone on vacation and she’s helped me through feelings of guilt by reminding me that this life is meant to be LIVED, and that means enjoying food, enjoying the gym, and enjoying this journey that I’m on. I’m still learning how to love myself and love this body of mine, but with Lynette’s help, I’m closer everyday. I can’t thank her enough for coming in to my life and being such an amazing inspiration and motivator in my fitness journey.

Lynette has been a godsend for me. I had tried several other diets/exercise plans with no results. With her help, I am down almost 30 pounds in 4 months! Going through her own weight loss journey has made her recognize that weight loss is not only a physical journey, but also a mental one. She is relatable, and doesn’t put on a front that losing weight is easy. She is encouraging but also gives tough love when you need it. I’ve been working with Lynette for over a year now. When we first started working together, I was feeling lost and fitness was a huge struggle for me. Throughout my struggles though, she was always there cheering me on and never made me feel bad if I didn’t stay on track. Lynette has 100% changed my life in more ways than the 15 pounds I have lost since working with her. She truly connects with her clients on a mental and even spiritual level as well. I had never considered a personal trainer until a stumbled across her on Youtube and found her personality to be very real. She didn’t need to “sell herself” and simply shows the world who she is as both a trainer and person.
After hiring her to “get me skinny”, my original plan was very detailed and definitely customized to what I had told her in both previous conversations and the survey that she has you fill out upon purchasing a plan. She is definitely someone who has a strong sense of business but does not let that cloud her kind heart and “you can do it!” attitude. I have never met someone like her and have always thought a personal trainer’s job is to yell at me for not doing enough push-ups or eating a cupcake on my birthday. Sad, I know. But I am SO glad that I was wrong.
You will not find a trainer who is more kind, uplifting, and motivating that also has the capability to tell you like it is. I also love that she doesn’t force you to eat a diet only consisting of protein powder smoothies, salads with no dressing, and grilled chicken. I enjoy tracking my macros and asking her “What are you having for dinner?” when I need inspiration. The best part is that she actually answers! She really is there for you 24/7!

I first found Lynette on YouTube one day just surfing around, and I was immediately hooked, she just seemed so goofy and genuine and when she started talking about her clients you could tell she had a true passion for what she does. When I first found her I hadn’t totally jumped into weightlifting before and had never counted a macro, but Lynette was so sweet and helpful with all of my questions. I had already begun my weight loss journey but I was kind of going at it alone, and I was just looking for a little guidance on my food and workouts and Lynette was so much more than that. Even when I’ve messed up (royally) she doesn’t get mad or seem disappointed, she just tells me to move on and be better the next week, which is EXACTLY what I need; a swift kick in the rear and not to get discouraged. I’ve made progress with Lynette as my trainer, not only physically, but mentally, I don’t think she gives you anything you can’t handle, and if there’s ever something you can’t, you just tell her. I have so much more self-confidence and I couldn’t have come this far without her help.
After a few months of rehab and recovery on my own from an extensive foot surgery, I made the decision to start working with Lynette. I had worked with personal trainers at gyms before, with moderate success, but I always felt like I was never able to attain quite the body or satisfaction that I was working for. I have never been overweight or unhealthy, but I was just uncomfortable in my body, which like most women I attributed to those ‘last 5 lbs’.
It took a very short period of time working with Lynette to recognize that my physique was just a crutch that I was using to avoid apparent body image issues. This took me completely by surprise and I could not have imagined a better experience in being walked through it, and being fortunate enough to overcome it.
Lynette was always available to answer and entertain my neurotic questions, concerns, worries, and when necessary give me a swift kick in the butt to get over myself. She never made it seem like it was an inconvenience or that she was annoyed by my nitpicky perfectionist tendencies.
In the matter of a year, Lynette was able to get me to my best ever physique that for the first time in my life I was PROUD of. She also helped me to be able to see past obsessively counting each and every single macro. While not at the same physique that I was at when working with Lynette, I am able to continue to reap the benefits of her coaching long after we stopped working together. I am so incredibly comfortable in my own body, have a healthy balance in my life between dieting and being present in my life and enjoying moments without being plagued by food induced stress.
All I wanted was to be able to shed those last 5 lbs, and in return I got the gift of self love, and a pretty kick butt lady to be able to call my friend.
In my own humble personal opinion, the fitness industry needs more Lynette’s. Willing to share the successes and struggles of her own journey, not taking a cookie cutter approach for the sake of income, and really having the ability to share just enough of herself in order to help other women who have been struggling down the same path, while not for one second waivering in her integrity.

When I first came to Lynette for her coaching, I honestly didn’t know exactly what to expect. all I knew at the time was that she has been successful in getting other women to reach their goals, seemed pleasant and like a truly good human being, and actually had the credentials to help people. She has more than exceeded my expectations. Lynette not only cares about your health and getting you to reach your physical goals, but also greatly cares for your mental health as well. With this, it allows you to honestly open up to her about where you are in your journey with no fear of being judged, but instead with confidence of being supported.
