If you’re ever wondered how I developed the healthy relationship with food and fitness that I have today, this episode is for you!

I used to struggle with overeating, restricting, binging, overexercising… you name it, I went through it. Thankfully, that’s all part of my past now – but the journey to this healthy, balanced place was messy and had a lot of ups and downs, and that’s what I’m sharing in this episode. While I hope you’ve never battled with your own body like I used to, I know I’m not alone in what I’ve gone through, and one of my goals in sharing my story is to help others feel less alone and know that there IS hope. You CAN make peace with food, exercise and yourself, and even if you don’t believe me, I hope you’ll stick around long enough to let me prove you wrong.

TRIGGER WARNING: If you are sensitive to topics around disordered eating and exercise, please feel free to skip this podcast.
