I’ve been where you are. I went from an unhealthy, overweight, insecure woman to an over-dieted, restricted, burnt-out bikini competitor, only to rebound and gain over 20 pounds back.
Why?
Because I thought the only way to get fit and STAY fit was through hours of cardio, tracking every morsel of food, and skipping out on dessert.
I only knew how to restrict and diet like crazy, or to overeat to the extreme and watch the weight pile back on.
I needed to find balance. I needed to find a way to look good, feel good, and still be able to eat out on date night, enjoy dessert, and not feel guilty or like I’d just gained 10 pounds.
So I created a lifestyle of wellness, fitness and nutrition that finally gave me the life-fitness balance I craved, and I’m passionate about sharing that with other people, so I looked for gym equipment at sites like https://www.leasingcommercialgymequipment.co.uk/ to train by myself and with others.

Do I need a gym membership to become a client?
No! I can create a workout plan custom to you whether you workout at the gym or at home, even with no equipment!
Will you write me a meal plan?
I do not write or offer meal plans. I provide my clients with a macronutrient and/or calorie goal, along with a grocery list and food suggestions. You choose what you eat to get your results!
